Pearson Engineering is proud to be named as finalists in two categories of the Make UK regional Manufacturing Awards 2024.
The Make UK Manufacturing Awards is an annual event where manufacturers of all sizes from across the UK come together to celebrate their achievements and successes, their people and their businesses.
The first category we have been shortlisted in is Innovation. Our submission focused on one of our latest products, RCV-Pioneer with which we have been prompting thought among industry relating to the application of robotics for combat engineering tasks Our activity in this area has been underpinned and supported by our global business development team, as well as significant investment in Research & Development. RCV-Pioneer has already been involved in a number of experiments in the United States in partnership with General Dynamics Land Systems.
We have also been shortlisted in the Manufacturing Matters category highlighting our commitment to supporting our local community and the next-generation of our workforce. A greater focus on our social values (https://www.pearson-eng.com/about/our-social-value/) since expanding our marketing and communications team has allowed us to deliver an impactful strategy that embeds our culture and values firmly across the business.
