Pearson Engineering’s Commitment to Supporting Local Football Club
Pearson Engineering has donated to local football club, Newcastle City Juniors, in support of their ambition to compete in the Roma International Cup 2025.
Newcastle City Juniors was founded in 2005, based on the premise of providing children of all abilities and backgrounds, with a fun and safe environment to enjoy their junior football journey. The club has multiple teams across different age groups and is focused on the development of all of their players.
One of their teams, Newcastle City Juniors Milan U9s, is a team of boys, many of whom joined the club at a young age, who dedicate to playing football to the highest of standards. Due to their skill and dedication, the team is participating in the largest junior football tournament in Rome, Roma International Cup 2025, where over 95 teams from different nationalities compete to win the cup. This trip is an excellent opportunity for the team to represent the club, Newcastle upon Tyne and the North East of England.
The Under 9s have already been organising a number of events throughout 2024 to help cover the costs of this once in a lifetime experience. Pearson Engineering has funded half of the cost of each participant.
Pearson Engineering’s commitment to furthering prosperity in our region includes supporting a wide range of local charities, organisations and endeavours in an effect to open new possibilities to those on our doorstep. As a successful organisation in the region and a major employer, we have a responsibility to share our skills, knowledge and resources with others.
